Dear PCDC Employees:
It's open enrollment for employee benefits. Employees can make changes to their benefit plans at this time. There have been some important changes to the medical plans. PCDC has enacted the working spouse rule for group health insurance. If you are going to cover your spouse, you will need to complete the required forms. Please refer to the information below and the specific webpages that outline coverage.

Please complete the following annual election form to update participant information. Please note that FSA elections need to be updated at this time also. Once completed, please return to Human Resources, or our office.
If you are covering children, you will need to provide dependent documentation.
This Employee Benefits site provides employees with an excellent opportunity to re-familiarize yourself with the many great benefits PCDC offers. Participating employees may also access necessary forms and documents. As always, we strive to make our benefits package affordable, sustainable, and cost effective.
If you are a new employee, and have met your new hire waiting period, you may use this site to see your benefit options, and complete your initial enrollment paperwork. The core benefits package includes:

It is important to remind you that benefit elections are generally binding for the entire year and cannot be changed until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying event that allows for benefit changes during the year. If this happens, you MUST notify Human Resources, or our office, of such a change within 30 days of the qualifying event date.
If you are enrolling in any insurance plan, please complete the insurance company enrollment form for that specific benefit election. You will find those forms, to download and print, on the site page associated with that benefit. Each plan has its own form.
